Zuhal Karabulut is a real estate advisor with over 20 years of general experience in the property industry. Her unique skill set combines proven professional experience in the real estate sector, including “investment & development advisory” and “valuation”; experienced in valuation and evaluation of residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality properties.

Prior to launching Fiestate in 2018, she worked in leading real estate advisory firms as an investment advisor serving to corporate local and international investors and developers, investment banks, and public institutions and took an executive position at Ozak Real Estate Investment Trust, a real estate investor and developer company focusing on residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. She involved in various development projects.

Zuhal Karabulut has a BSc degree in Urban Planning and MBA, master’s degree in business administration.
